Licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Vermont, and Utah, I’m passionate about helping people uncover their strengths and move through life’s challenges with confidence and clarity. I especially enjoy working with adolescents and young adults, guiding them as they navigate transitions, build resilience, and discover their potential. My work focuses on helping clients manage anxiety, depression, and life changes, as well as those seeking greater fulfillment and purpose in their personal journeys.
